Reminisce

I seldom sign in to MSN because I find it a hassle to keep signing in and out each time (mine is not auto sign-in). But just recently, I made it an effort to sign in whenever I remembered the existence of MSN and feel like signing in to see my connections.

Somehow, I find it weird that many people are offline when I'm online! Lol. Anw, I started sorting and arranging my contacts. Then I paused at a certain category - Classmates. It refers to my NY classmates of course. I dun think I will put this category cos I'm going to uni soon and there's no fixed classmates in uni. I was thinking if I should just delete this category and put all my classmates'(ex) contacts under another category named NY friends. Eventually, I did not. I wanted to let that category stay put for a while more because I really miss those times we had as a class.
I guess this is the first time I enjoyed so much being with my classmates. Or rather, this is the first time I feel part of a class, looking forward to classes as a class. Truth is, I never really fancied my Secondary school class(es). Come to think of it, the only vivid memories I remembered in my Secondary school is only about CO. I reallyyyyyyy LOVE my Sec sch CO. It was so much fun! How I miss it(: Ok, if I really remembered anything about my Sec 4 class, it would have to be those unhappy power struggles among some classmates whom I totally abhor and Mdm Sue's scoldings. But I really have to thank Mdm Sue for her teachings. She's a great teacher and I applaud her for that.

Life moves on. We make new friends all the time, but I make it a point to make new friends without 'discarding' old ones. After all, the older, the better.

TV Shows
Tuesday, June 8, 2010

I'm so bored right now and I keep blogging because I'm waiting for my videos to load! Currently, I'm keeping track of TVD, TBBT, Glee and Chuck. I have decided to stop watching HIMYM unless I'm really really bored. Of these 4 TV shows, I like TBBT the best because it's a sitcom and it really loosens me up by making me laugh. The humour is the lame type, not the witty type like HIMYM but TBBT is really funny. Lol. Next would be Glee because it's a musical and I like all the singing and dancing(: Then it's TVD, followed by Chuck. Well, all 4 shows are of totally different genres and I like them all. I think.
The only thing I don't like about HIMYM is its plot. As the title suggests, we should know who the mother is, but apparently we still do not know who the mother is even up till season 5. It totally doesn't make sense. The viewership is quite high due to the witty humour because I think people watch it because of Ted's interesting life. I guess that's the main part. So, it's like a bottomless pit. I think viewers will only know the mother when it's the season finale. Well, so I stopped watching half-way through season 1.

I find it really frustrating that most TV shows start their season premieres in Sep?! TVD's and TBBT's just ended their respective seasons and are starting their new seasons in Sep! And I think Glee is about to end its season 1 too. I'll start watching more shows then:D

Celebration, Election & Dinner

Just celebrated my birthday with a few group of friends last week and it was SPLENDID. Classmates gave me a collage-Forever 19(: It was made by 8 people and I like it a lot. I kept looking at it again and again. It was so sweet and pretty, definitely something that can only be made by friends! Aww(:
Then we had kbox which was quite fun because some of us were quite high and I look forward to more of it. Lol.

Went back to NY last Fri to watch the next batch of CNNY EXCO elections and I think it's really pathetic! When my batch ran for elections 2 years ago, I had 20+ competitors which was considered quite a lot for a club. And for this year, only 12 people ran for elections in which 10 will be selected =.= What a great difference.

Hang out at Somerset with CCA people last Sat again to celebrate our ex-director's bday. Went to eat at Oriole. The sandwich, Cubano was not too bad, quite tasty but the price is really steep for a sandwich-$14++. The sandwich is really small. I believe I can get much more at Timbre's with this price. Shared that sandwich with 2 other girls and ordered a chocolate fudge cake for dessert. I felt guilty after eating that dessert so I really want to exercise this week! Just ask me out if you want to exercise? Any form of exercise will do as long as it's not too strenuous(:
